If You Don't Have ArgoUML Project
Kotor 1 restored content. In order to open your ARGO file, you will have to download ArgoUML Project or another similar software package.
If Your Computer is Not Configured to Open ARGO Files
If you have the relevant software, but your computer still won't open the software, you will have to change the file associations on Windows or Mac. Depending on your operating system, you can ensure that your computer always open ARGO files using ArgoUML Project or another program of your choice that uses ARGO files.

If the ARGO File is Corrupt
In some instances, you may receive an error message stating that the file is corrupt. If you have tried all of the above, and it still doesn't work, download or request a new copy to see if that works.
Open ARGO File the Easy Way
If you don't want to download ArgoUML Project (for whatever reason), and the other options also don't work.. that's okay!
Even though some ARGO files must be opened in a program for which it was developed (binary format), you may still be able to open it in a universal file viewer such as File Magic. Download File Magic now from the Microsoft Store and open your ARGO file!
